Fish Oil, Vitamin D and Vitamin K

Generally I am still not a big fan of supplements -- we only know very little about all the nutrients and I don't want to mess up with my body. But there is a emerging consensus among health bloggers that at least three things we should supplement: fish oil, vitamin D(D3) and Vitamin K(K2 MK4). The overarching reason for supplementing these is due to poor nutrition in our modern food supply. Compared to our ancestors' diet, ours lack these 3 things to a astonishing degree. So in a sense they are not really supplements, but rather ways of "righting" our diet to mimic the nutition-dense foods of hunter gatherer's.
