Postmodernism

I did not realize that I've been a subscriber to Postmodernism until I read this. I think a lot of my postmodernism views come from Karl Weick, I wonder if he would call himself a postmodernist.

In essence, it stems from a recognition that reality is not simply mirrored in human understanding of it, but rather, is constructed as the mind tries to understand its own particular and personal reality.

This is very close to Weick's retrospective sensemaking.
